Welcome to the Active Lifestyle Centre. Our mission is to provide an atmosphere conductive to a friendly, healthy lifestyle Membership is available to adults age 50 and up.

Yearly membership dues are for the calendar year. A discount is available for early payment. Those members wishing to join during the year will pay a pro rated amount for the first year. Yearly Membership is $35.00.

A $2.00 user fee is required upon arrival each day that the Centre is visited. This user fee helps to defray some of our operating costs. On staff are 3 full time and 2 part time employees. Lunches are served Monday to Friday 11:00 - 1:30 pm at a cost of $4.00 and up per lunch including beverage. In addition, the Centre also operates a Footcare Program on the first and last two Tuesdays of every month. Please call for your appointment. If you wish to visit the Centre for meals or footcare only, then a user fee is not required. Some activities are scheduled for beginners, please call for more information or speak with the instructors.

Our operating hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday with special activities throughout the week, on evenings and weekends. We extend a welcome to you to visit with us to take a tour of the Centre.
